Vimayapura 1515, a frontier city of the rising Ayutthaya Kingdom. A singular woman, gifted with the gab by the solar god, wrecks mischief with her jokes and pranks. Her most frequent victims being the Thai Governor and the Lord Okya.

Author’s Note

This is a work of adaptation. The Sri Thannonchai oral tales have been told for centuries. This retelling is setting them further in the past, and moving them from the Ayutthaya capital to the frontier town of Vimayapura. The plots have been wringed through a press of modernisation, without mercy.
